In keeping with the company's philosophy, the presentation of this cuvée is particularly meticulous, both in terms of the label and the old-fashioned corking with hemp twine. After 11 years on laths, the wine comes alive with a rich effervescence. The complex fragrance reveals notes of stewed white fruit, vanilla and delicate minerality. On the palate, the wine is fresh, subtle, silky and a tad salivating. A real marvel to enjoy as an aperitif with friends. Our favorite.
