With its golden-orange color and copper highlights, this vintage is characterized by an oxidative nose of walnut and apple. The sparse bubbles are more reminiscent of a still wine than a champagne. Saline, with a slight minerality on the finish, the palate expresses itself on walnuts and yellow fruit, in an oxidative style.
