A classic with buttery notes and roasted almonds. Then come apricot and other very ripe, tasty yellow fruits. This cuvée stretches out on floral notes, very lively in the house style, but also greedy and rich. Very, very long, with notes of candied citrus zest. Present it with a carpaccio of scallops with sweet spices.
