A charming nose of beeswax, acacia honey and white flowers, slightly disturbed by a touch of wood still present. Fortunately, the lively attack refreshes the whole. On the palate, citrus fruit and yellow peach. The barrel still marks the aromas, but the tannins melt away. A wine with great potential, to be forgotten in the cellar for one or two years.

Cazé-Thibaut

Maison Cazé-Thibaut, located in the heart of the Marne Valley, has seen ten generations of winegrowers pass through its ranks. It was in 1953 that Roger Cazé created the Cazé champagne house and marketed his bottles for the first time. Today, Fabien carries on the tradition and works his vines organically, without herbicides or insecticides. The wines are aged in barrels before being bottled, and benefit from long ageing on fine lees.
