A wine whose potential is already apparent on the palate. The nose, dominated by ageing, gently delivers its promise: vanilla, quince, ginger, lemongrass. On the palate, there's a restrained lightness, juicy fruit, fleshy substance on pear, vine peach, and a chalky base that refreshes. Too young today, but terribly promising tomorrow.

Cazé-Thibaut

Maison Cazé-Thibaut, located in the heart of the Marne Valley, has seen ten generations of winegrowers pass through its ranks. It was in 1953 that Roger Cazé created the Cazé champagne house and marketed his bottles for the first time. Today, Fabien carries on the tradition and works his vines organically, without herbicides or insecticides. The wines are aged in barrels before being bottled, and benefit from long ageing on fine lees.
