The nose offers cocoa and licorice aromas, mixed with red berries, pear and delicate fresh wood. On the palate, a generous bubble unfolds with a round, greedy and fatty texture. A champagne that makes you want to chew it. Woody notes dominate slightly, requiring a little time to breathe and settle in the cellar. The finish retains a refreshing tension. This is a wise wine, perfect for accompanying a veal dish, to be served with serenity.

Cazé-Thibaut

Maison Cazé-Thibaut, located in the heart of the Marne Valley, has seen ten generations of winegrowers pass through its ranks. It was in 1953 that Roger Cazé created the Cazé champagne house and marketed his bottles for the first time. Today, Fabien carries on the tradition and works his vines organically, without herbicides or insecticides. The wines are aged in barrels before being bottled, and benefit from long ageing on fine lees.
