A lovely salmon color, not too light, for this blended rosé, with an open nose of blackberry, blackcurrant and citrus aromas. The palate is greedy, without being sweet, and preserves the freshness needed to bring out the red fruits (redcurrants and cherries) right through to the finish. A very fine rosé for both aperitif and dessert.
