This cuvée has a beautiful, deep gold color with green hints of freshness. The bubbles are fine and lively in the glass. The nose offers a mature framework of stewed fruit (apple, pear, apricot), fresh brioche and citrus on aeration. The attack is full and fruity, with very fine bubbles that cover the palate well. The finish is appetizing, with flavors of pomelo zest. This wine has retained its freshness despite being thirteen years old. Ideal with fish in puff pastry served with a light cream sauce.
