A blanc de noirs made from a blend of three-quarters pinot noir and pinot meunier. Only the 2015 harvest makes up the cuvée, 40% of which is aged in barrels. The nose remains intense and fresh. The palate is seduced by pleasant toasty notes balanced by the salinity of the finish. Enjoy with creamy poultry and mushrooms.
