Produced from a parcel of Chardonnay planted on marl-limestone soil, this blanc de blancs offers a nose with hints of pebbles. On the palate, it unfurls plenty of freshness, enhanced by a gourmet mousse. Citrus fruits then develop to accompany a taut finish. It's a terroir wine, sensibly not dosed, that should be enjoyed with Japanese dishes.
