This vintage is dressed in an intense golden color and adorned with a column of fine, yet present, bubbles. The nose is refined: plums mingle with white-fleshed fruit. The palate is fresh, crisp and remarkably alert for a 2014 vintage. Lime zest comes to mind. This is followed by delectable depth, always fresh. The exquisite, gourmet length evokes quince.
