Since the 2000s, Jérôme Bourgeois-Diaz has been in charge of the estate. Born in a family which has made Champagne for four generations, he watches over the 7 hectares vines, 3,5 hectares of which are Meunier, 2,5 hectares Pinot Noir and 1 hectare Chardonnay. The parcels, situated on a mostly clay-limestone soil, are 35 years of age and have been cultivated using biodynamic growing methods since 2009. Everything is done to optimise the quality of the grapes.
