The mousse is abundant for this cuvée with a lovely velvety texture on the palate. A mineral tension and intense freshness seem rather disconcerting for a 100% pinot meunier cuvée from the Marne Valley, which generally presents greedy apple notes. Very original. To be drunk for its own sake, and to be discovered by lovers of this grape variety when it's properly matured.
