A very fresh nose of just-picked meadow mushrooms precedes a very chalky palate. This cuvée, with a dosage of 3.5 g/l, is currently only expressing its sapid, acidic character. Still young, it will be appreciated in a few years' time, when it will have developed all its aromatic complexity, which is still on the back burner today. It will then be a fine gourmet wine.
