Chestnut honey slowly dripping onto a lightly buttered toast is the olfactory expression of this 2009 vintage, taking us back to childhood. After a few minutes, notes of dried tea appear. On the palate, the wine is slightly inward-looking, with a balance between fullness and acidity in favor of the latter, inviting us to associate this wine with sweet and savory dishes.
