Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Located in Écueil, a village classified as a Premier Cru in the Montagne de Reims region with clay-limestone and sandy soil, the estate has been passed down through four generations. Today, Émilien Allouchery is in charge. The 8-hectare vineyard, consisting mainly of Pinot Noir (6 hectares) and supplemented by Chardonnay (1 hectare) and Meunier (1 hectare), has been certified as High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) since 2015. Bottle aging lasts up to nine years for the most prestigious vintages. Since the spring of 2026, the estate has offered a guesthouse that can accommodate up to 8 people.
