This Chardonnay from the Écueil terroir, aged for a small part in oak barrels, offers a very fine, discreet nose. On the palate, the wine is savory and full-bodied, almost sweet despite a minimal dosage of 5.5 g/l. A surprisingly well-balanced champagne, with more volume than length.
