A cuvée 60% of which has been aged 6 months in barrel. The nose is still marked by wood and bitters. On the palate, it's a wine in the making, in its prime youth. Over the years, this champagne will acquire density, finesse, complexity and roundness. Today, it should be enjoyed like a baby just out of the womb, with goat's cheese gougères.
