For us, this house is synonymous with fine dining. Fine gourmet restaurants that know how to combine freshness and delicacy. This cuvée is in that spirit, with its freshness and, it has to be said, its fine balance, brought about by a lovely soft fruitiness against a background of spices. It's a perfect match for a noble turbot with saffron or a turkey with or without chestnuts.
