A very pleasant aroma, with buttery and pastry notes, reminiscent of apple pie with cinnamon, barely underlined by a touch of gunflint. Under intense bubbles, the body is silky, marked by notes of gourmet cocoa, yellow fruit and fresh almond. The finish is fresh, delicate and taut.
