Delicate notes of small red berries open up a timid bouquet, but one that has a certain elegance about it. This impression is confirmed by aromas of pink citrus, orange blossom and blood orange peel. The palate, fresh and taut, is more marked by tangerine acidity, but remains pleasantly salivating with persistent bubbles. The finish is balanced between acidity and dosage. A wine to accompany duck breast or venison chops.
