The light color with golden highlights leaves no doubt as to the cuvée's age, especially as the slightly evolved notes of waxed wood, roasted almond and stewed apple confirm this impression. A welcome freshness adds dynamism to the bouquet. Under delicate bubbles, the roundness of ageing comes through, with notes of nuts. A wine that has reached perfect maturity, but still retains its deliciousness and fruitiness.
