Sourire de Reims is the result of a selection of the finest vintages from the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs regions: it is the house's spearhead. The brilliant straw-gold color envelops a delectable olfactory bouquet of full-bodied, toasty scents, fruits à l'eau de vie, and a finish of peppery mint. On the palate, the clean, chiselled attack reveals flavors of citrus and fresh fruit, with a spicy finish. This is the signature of a great vintage, the 2008. Enjoy as an aperitif or with a festive meal, with Bresse poultry in mourning.
