Sponsored Guillaume Mautant and Thibault Blanquart opened Le Ter. in January 2024 in the heart of the 11th arrondissement: "This is our third establishment in the Paris region, hence the name! In this new bistronomic restaurant, they offer excellent market cuisine. Chef Jules Lemesle draws his inspiration from world cuisine, using only the freshest, highest-quality products sourced in season. For example, the meat comes from the Bidoche butcher's shop, and the fish from the Brittany fish market. An opportunity to savor delicate, refined dishes. Egg ajitsuke, mushroom wonton, lacquered duck leg, roast beef, roasted cabbage... are available on the lunch menu (€22) or à la carte (which changes regularly). As for the wines, the house boasts a hundred or so references from small producers (natural, organic or biodynamic wines) to be enjoyed from €30. An ideal place for an evening out with friends or a romantic meal by candlelight in the evening, in a cool, cosy and intimate atmosphere. Delicious brunch at weekends.
