Gault&Millau's review2026
Over the years, Gisèle and Vincent Croizard have succeeded in making their private home what it is for their customers. They come knocking on the door, as if they were friends, to rediscover this refined, yet almost family atmosphere. The chef's ideas, desires and moods are always well reflected in the menu of the moment: petits gris de la Vaunage with Noilly Prat aioli sauce and rosemary, celery brunoise with hazelnuts, pollack roasted with green curry, cabbage stuffed with mushroom and buckwheat, haddock fumet, poule au pot with supreme sauce emulsified with celery and grated truffle, braised salsify, chocolate cappuccino with feuillantine and hazelnut praline, pousse de lait cardamom. The €70, four-course menu allows you to explore the entire menu, except for a few rare extras. Good lunch menu at €42, well-stocked wine cellar with a wide choice by the glass.
