The charm of a private mansion close to the Maison Carrée, a place of relaxation and distinction for a cuisine that's fairly straightforward, but well imagined for the place: tuna sashimi, gambas in a virgin citrus sauce, sweet potato and ginger magret, clementine pavlova. Great wines in the cellar at reasonable prices: Mas d'Espanet, Clos Marie, Mas Jullien, Roc d'Anglade...
