The very chic Imperator bistro has other aims than to serve brandade to tourists, even if this emblematic dish is part of the program. In this high-class setting, the two toques compete with impeccable service and a well-varied menu, offering elegant, tasteful dishes: sea bream carpaccio with parsley lemon gel, homemade pâté en croûte, ricotta spinach ravioli, quenelle à la lyonnaise with Nantua sauce, beef daube with costières, andouillette... Good choice of desserts, suitable cellar.
