Chef's Restaurant This chic brasserie in a very chic hotel will not disappoint. Comfort and good manners, a smart menu that knows how to go wild while guaranteeing refined execution, this is the combo that works well at L'Impé: terrine de queue de bœuf camarguaise en escabèche, barbecued mackerel nage d'huîtres aux poireaux, noix de carré de veau à l'orean laitue braisée storzapretti (spelled "strozzapreti", three mistakes in one word, it doesn't sound rich) au parmesan and a variety of fine desserts, such as crème de marrons au marc de côtes-du-rhône. Extensive cellar, but not overpriced for such a prestigious establishment.
