Gourmet Restaurant The move has done this downtown restaurant a world of good, with its attractive terrace and welcoming dining room. Efforts have been made in the service, which is close and friendly, and on the plate, while remaining simple and modest. We're back to the good old days of espumas, the foie gras is a little out of kilter with the smoked tea and mushrooms, the saint-pierre is well cooked, with the petit épeautre and date slivers, and the pear mascarpone red wine gel dessert is honorable with a good taste of williams. Regional cellar with a good selection by the glass and low prices by the bottle.
