Chef's Restaurant The year 2022 will have seen the revival of this restaurant in one of the resort's finest hotels, with its contemporary style, its layout and its uniqueness. After seasons of vicissitudes, Antoine Gras, the brilliant chef at Les Barmes de l'Ours in Val d'Isère, has revived the restaurant, particularly for dinner, with a prestigious 7-course "Dégustation" for €95. And 2 toques were immediately awarded for these slash plates that conceal an accomplished work: sardines pastis, octopus barbecue tomato, turbot girolle, poularde eggplant olive... The pastry chef follows with brio (peach verbena almond) and, if this new team can be renewed, the residents are sure to become regulars once again.
