In an alleyway off the boulevard, a modern, family-style cuisine, which over the years has converted to tourist fashions, with butternut velouté with turmeric, tuna ceviche with tiger leche and mango, and shrimp with green curry, coconut milk, ginger and lemongrass. As you slalom through the menu, you can still catch a glimpse of Provence with the seven-hour confit of Alpilles lamb. The cellar is now the strong point of the house, with a good selection of local vineyards.
