This more popular, bistro-style version of L'Aile ou la cuisse (now in place Mireille Moati) appeals to us for its accessibility and simplicity. Here, you can enjoy marrow bones and snails, mushroom velouté and poultry cocotte, even if you have to sort through the pompous titles. Varied wine selection at all price points.
