An annex of L'Aile ou la Cuisse, this welcoming establishment, which was the first address of the parent company, has plenty of capacity for the crowds to share between the two establishments. Here, a well-placed menu at under €35 offers a limited choice, but enough to keep up with demand: home-made foie gras with quince chutney, poultry fricassee with forestry sauce and Camargue rice, saint-marcellin or Meinado pastries. A few à la carte dishes to round out the menu, an extensive wine cellar and professional, dynamic service.
