A classic on the boulevard, it's one of the few establishments with such longevity, having been listed in the guide for thirty years. The range of dishes has evolved, but the fundamentals remain: a good cellar, a varied and modernized offer, close to its region, which justifies its prices by a consistently correct and meticulous execution: zucchini clafoutis and fresh goat's cheese with basil, frogs' legs with parsley, artichoke and olive "agnolade", fillet of sea bass and fregola sarda... Desserts of the time (tiramisu, fondant, baba...), brasserie menu in addition.
