Gault&Millau's review 2025

A beautiful, old, typical house, just a few minutes from the center of Uzès, for a peaceful stay in the Gard countryside. The cuisine is aimed at residents, but can also be a reason for visitors to this charming place to take a stroll. A certain imagination in the titles, a diligent execution: seafood gyozas, broad bean nage with dill, chicken leg confit with maple syrup-glazed carrots, amaretto mousse tiramisu with coffee ice cream.
