Gourmet Restaurant In the narrow streets of the old quarter, a vaulted room dating back to the 12th century provides a convivial setting, like a medieval wine bar, but with a very contemporary and refined cuisine: gravlax of Ardèche trout with vegetable charcoal and basil mayonnaise, guinea fowl supreme with Jerusalem artichoke cream, rack of lamb with white asparagus, thyme and red wine jus. More conventional desserts, attentive service, "Bistro" menu at €25, good regional choices in the cellar (Mas Conscience, Les Lys, Chabrier, Poulvarel...).
