Just north of Uzès, Gaëlle and Patrice run a lovely 3-star hostellerie, where their hospitality is second to none, for the charm of the place and the quality of the service, as well as for the house's ever-happy dishes, particularly those on the market menu, which offer a host of new ideas every day. With a view over the Uzès valley, the table works wonders, and you'll be tempted by the roasted scallops, pumpkin velouté and perfect egg, or the cod back in ballottine, mousseline de céleri granny smith, braised salsify and bacon cream, pan-fried lamb chops, cremeux de champignons de Paris au café and palet de patates douces, a duo of parfait glacé and pear tartar with tonka bean.
