A magnificent Provencal farmhouse encircling a garden where the reflections of the swimming pool and the olive trees meet, this is a timeless, bucolic place to enjoy a contemporary, creative gourmet experience. The chef works in a refined, Mediterranean style, where the terroir of the Camargue and Gard regions is well interpreted. From €28 to €46, beet ravioli with fresh Gard cheese, lentil and zucchini risotto with cheese, low-cooked cod with chard and chorizo cream, pork filet mignon with celeriac and raspberries, roasted apricot sabayon with honey and lavender.
