Sponsored When you enter Grégory Baud and Alban Veselaj's restaurant, you're seduced by the cellar, with its vaulted arches, beautiful exposed stonework and barrel-top tables; a warm, cocooning place, just the way we like it. Young, dynamic and smiling, but above all passionate about local produce from the Haute-Alpes, the two partners have opted for simple dishes with subtle flavors: foie gras, terrines, wood-fired grills, a menu of original burgers with daube or venison, gratins, tartiflette... The menu, reinvented with the seasons, promises an infinite and delicate choice. A fine selection of French wines will pair magnificently with your favorite dishes. Grégory and Alban also offer takeaway catering and tailor-made cold buffets for your personal and professional events. As soon as the sun begins to shine, you can enjoy the intimate terrace in the heart of Gap, just a stone's throw from Notre-Dame-et-Saint-Arnoux cathedral.
