No great inventions, but the evidence of a well-established table, with a square chef who knows where to put his grain of salt. The €41 menu, served for lunch and dinner, shows a solid technique for straightforward, fairly generous plates: house-cured parsley ham with mustard whipped cream, rack of veal at low temperature with sliced juice and hazelnut butter, which can be accompanied by eggplant confit, bell pepper and onion, almond sablé with vanilla diplomat strawberries. A decent little Burgundy cellar.
