Sponsored Corentin Grisez's pizzeria owes its success in no small part to its homemade pizza dough, which is made according to the rules of the art, respecting the proper rising times that give it its digestibility and incomparable flavors. The wood-fired oven and the recipes, classic or creative, made with quality products, add to the pleasure of the connoisseurs who make Pizzeria Foglia their address. On the premises or to take away, they can savour some twenty compositions multiplied by the number of bases (tomatoes, crème fraîche, green pesto). They conclude their meal with a homemade tiramisù or panna cotta, or even the Nutella® pizza beloved of children. Corentin has also added a delicatessen to this attractive, contemporary establishment. On the delicatessen side, you'll find home-cooked dishes (lasagne, risottos, spreads, marinated grilled vegetables, etc.) and a range of charcuterie and cheeses (also available in platters). On the grocery side, you can indulge in wines, liqueurs, oils, vinegars, spreads, dried pasta, cookies and panettone.
