At the entrance to Vaugueux, the restaurant’s red facade almost serves as an invitation to the neighborhood’s delights! Emmanuel Maintenant offers contemporary bistronomy, featuring reimagined classics such as a snail casserole and Spanish-style omelet, a selection of fresh-caught seafood grilled à la plancha with sauce vierge, bell peppers, tomato, and arugula; a rack of pork and confit pork ribs with roasted apricots and apricot condiment; and a basil and strawberry panna cotta.
