Gault&Millau's review2026
Inès de Saint-Jores and Axel de Caseneuve run one of the best tables in the segment, an elegant and serious neighborhood bistro, knowing how to keep things simple without sacrificing execution. The place is well-kept and unpretentious, with tables without tablecloths and Thonet chairs, contemporary colors and uncluttered decor. The three menus range from four to seven plates, where the seasons guide the constitution: cucumber tartar with herbs, marinated fish and iodized emulsion, snacked sea bass, vanilla cauliflower cream, roasted tomatoes, shallot confit and sauce vierge, duck breast, eggplant caviar, wild plum and sesame condiment, jus réduit and crispy carrot, vanilla cream, mirabelle plum compote and sorbet, tarragon coulis. Good service.
