Sponsored Freshly opened and already highly recommended, this gourmet yet accessible restaurant is run four-handed by Charlotte Rapart and Enzo Cotza. He is head chef and she is pastry chef and room manager. By combining their talents, they invite you to take the time "to have nothing else to do and think about than to enjoy the pleasure of a well-deserved culinary break", they declare in unison. As beautiful as they are good, their creations, which they themselves describe as authentic, are modern and refined. Relying on the finest raw ingredients, the couple love to surprise you with food and wine pairings that will win you over every time: the menu changes every month, and with it the discoveries for your taste buds multiply. Theme evenings (lobster, for example) are also organized. Enzo and Charlotte recommend that you reserve your table a few days before your visit. You've been warned!
