Gault&Millau's review2026
Modest and traditional, this restaurant nestled in an old city street pursues its vocation: to do well on well-mastered foundations. So let's move forward in this well-appointed dining room, with tables topped with a vast set of vaulted arches, with foie gras, shellfish ravioli, pan-fried quail with mushrooms, fish zarzuela and chocolate soufflé, in a menu that has some good Iberian flavors, due to the owner's origins, even offering pata negra for nibbling pleasure. Wines from the Lot and Spain, including by the glass.
