Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful place indeed, named after the artist who created the splendid mosaics that embellish the place. Chef Kevin Bougard is inspired by the refined atmosphere, offering blind menus in the evening. You'll have to come at lunchtime to choose from a well-balanced €30 menu: marinated fish crudo with pomegranate, raw apple and coriander; confit piglet with celery root and mushroom mousseline and sweet and sour jus; poached pear with chocolate ganache and Breton sablé for dessert. A classic selection from the cellar, blending Italy and France as in the plates.
