Original Restaurant Opposite his gastronomic restaurant, Samuel Albert has taken over a well-stocked brasserie, featuring traditional dishes made from local produce. Pot au feu, boeuf bourguignon and pike-perch with local beurre blanc are all prepared with precision in a convivial atmosphere; the daily menu at 32€ offers good value for money, with a terrine of the moment or a leek vinaigrette, salmon with sorrel or Maine poultry before a chocolate mousse or panna cotta; the extensive wine list, classified by grape variety, includes a good 15 wines by the glass, with oenological commentary.
