A practical everyday brasserie, Samuel Albert's second unit opposite his Petits Prés. Continuously open from breakfast onwards, you can enjoy simple, hearty dishes at any time of day: marrow bones, terrine, snails and oysters, before specialties such as Loire pike-perch with Nantes butter or deep-fried prime rib. Pancakes, waffles and ice cream for dessert.
