Fricot is part of the new scene in Anjou, which practices simple, virtuous seasonal cuisine, with well-chosen, well-worked products for a sensible bill. All this is wrapped up in a friendly atmosphere and cool but smiling and obliging service, which also justify the success of this quickly-filled pocket restaurant.
