In the glasses, regional gratin, winegrower friends, all those who do things well, and on the plate, flavour and product, despite a few fashionable effects here and there, mushroom risotto and perfect egg, cat's tongue for connoisseurs with potato millefeuille and reduced juice, tarte tatin pralin hazelnut almond. A good time in the spirit of a regional bistro.
