On Place du Ralliement, the brasserie that's winning everyone over, efficient and modern in both style and service. The menu, too, is very much of its time, with small plates to start with (gyozas, salmon sashimi, octopus takoyaki...) and dishes from a varied repertoire: escargot tartelette with porcini mushrooms and marrow bones, bouchée à la reine, croustillant of obsiblue prawns, poached hake with rosemary butter and tuberous chervil miso yuzu, sweetbreads flambéed in whisky. A tempting offer for a professional and masterful execution, right down to the topinambour chocolate pairing for dessert. A wide and varied wine cellar, covering all vineyards.
