Sponsored At Monsieur Croc, it's all there: the concept based on a French emblem, the croque-monsieur; the gourmet taste of locally sourced products; the friendly, distinctive atmosphere; and a list of biodynamic wines, craft beers and house cocktails! Hugo Boutté, a daring young man who has worked in both fine restaurants and more "popular" establishments, has managed to orchestrate the best of each one's codes. A visit to Monsieur Croc (his nickname) is a simple way to indulge yourself in a quirky but well-kept atmosphere (cloth napkins!), lulled by the music of the 80s. From 11 a.m. to midnight, your taste buds will swing to the rhythm of classic recipes and creations such as Croque à la truffe and Croque au magret fumé. "Our creations follow the seasons and our inspirations," says Hugo. In addition, the breads are made on site to offer different textures, colors and flavors to match the compositions. And since Hugo worked in Belgium, his fries are simply fabulous!
