Gourmet Restaurant It's market day every day at Les Plaisirs des Halles, with products of the moment brought to life with malice by a chef who loves the land and sea: with the scallop and Iberian lomo viennoise or the monkfish and spinach millefeuille with its cochonnailles jus, before the caramelized pear and chocolate tart of a good €38 formula (with Vergne cheeses). As time goes by, the cuisine loses some of its gastro ambitions for a straightforward, convivial plate that also appeals. A single waitress sets the tempo with confidence, and the cellar is always a mine of good discoveries for the connoisseur.
