Gourmet Restaurant Even if it's a traditional restaurant, it's still a sure bet and a regular rendezvous for good eaters. Just a stone's throw from the Halles, this lively dining room offers timeless classics, both fish and meat, of equal quality: the ever-popular house brandade, octopus rouille, aubrac tartare au couteau, beef cheek confit with costières, pami an opulent meat menu, including some exceptional cuts (Galicia, wagyu). A pleasant atmosphere of regulars, a strong cellar for enlightened amateurs and for discovering the region.
